Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father was absent from the family, so she was raised by her mother, grandmother and godparents. She suffered from an anxiety disorder based on words as a young teenager. Ford was attracted to acting in her teenaged years, and joined the National Youth Theatre. Ford was accepted into the Sylvia Young Theatre School. After just a month, she decided that it wasn't the right fit for her. Ford then applied to be a student at the Central School of Speech and Drama and received an acceptance on her fourth attempt. Shaun Dingwall - who later played Pete Tyler in Doctor Who - was one of Ford's classmates. Ford graduated in 1993. Before that, however, Ford made a television debut when she appeared as a character in Surgical Spirit in an episode that aired in 1990. Ford took the professional title of Catherine Tate. In the Nineties, Tate could be watched on television in programs such as The Bill, Men Behaving Badly and London's Burning. She also worked regularly in theatres, before eventually joining the Royal Shakespeare Company for its 2000-2001 season. Tate's stand-up comedy that she started adding to her repertoire in the year 1996, was soon gaining her admiration.
