LeBron Raymone James Sr. is a American basketball player who is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is referred to as King James and is considered to be one of the most successful basketball players in history. James has won two Olympic golds and four NBA championships. James has scored the highest points in the playoffs and has the third most points in his career and has the seventh most assists in his career. James has been named an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times. He has also been selected on be named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. In total, he has been a part of 10 NBA Finals. This is the third highest number of times. There were eight consecutive Finals between the years 2011 and 2018. James was selected to be part of an NBA's 75th Anniversary Team. He became the NBA's first player with 10.000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media as a possible NBA superstar. He was a prep-to pro player and was selected as the first pick from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. When he was named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as an elite player in the NBA and was awarded the NBA MVP Award for 2009 and 2010. James was not able to secure a title in Cleveland, so he left the city with the status of an "free agent" in 2010. This move was made in the TV special The Decision.
