Rihanna is one of the most popular artists in history. Her career has been a great achievement, yet she's young. Her parents are originally from Barbados and she began singing as a child. As a way to get away from her parents' tensions along with her parents' constant fights and arguments, she began to sing. When she was in high-school when she started forming group and performed at the auditions for Evan Rodgers. Evan Rodgers was impressed by her talents. He asked the girl to make the move into New York in order to pursue a full-time career as a singer which she happily accepted. Rihanna became an instant hit after her debut album debuted on the shelves. The singer was popular among the youth for her peppy, foot-tapping music. This led to Rihanna pursuing directing. Beautiful young and extremely talented Rihanna is now regarded as an teen idol as well as a fashion icon. Rihanna put her celebrity to good use by being actively involved in several charities.
